LoafguardTerms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Loafguard app and the website loafguard.web.app, provided by Youngmi Jang (“we”, “us”). By using Loafguard you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.
1. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Loafguard for your own, non-commercial enjoyment on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s rules.
2. Purchases
- Remove Ads, the skin packs and the bundle that includes both are one-time purchases processed by Apple, and the price is shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Remove Ads turns off the ads between stages. Skin packs change how the game looks, not how it plays. Purchases have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game.
- You can restore purchases on another device signed in with the same Apple Account, and share them with your family when Family Sharing is on.
3. Ads
Loafguard shows ads provided by third parties between some stages, never during one, and offers ads you can choose to watch for bread or to continue a stage. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or sites you visit through them.
4. Fair use
Please don’t modify, copy or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the App Store’s rules.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. The stages work offline; ads and purchases rely on online services that we do not guarantee will always work without interruption.
6. Our content
The game, its art, characters, sounds and name belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the game.
7. Disclaimers and limits of liability
Loafguard is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live that cannot be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Loafguard after a change, the updated terms apply.

이 약관은 Youngmi Jang(이하 「운영자」)이 제공하는 Loafguard 앱과 웹사이트 loafguard.web.app에 적용됩니다. Loafguard를 이용하면 이 약관과 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 두 계약의 내용이 다르면 표준 사용권 계약이 우선합니다.
1. 게임 이용
App Store 규칙에 따라, 본인이 쓰는 Apple 기기에서 개인적인 용도로 Loafguard를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 권리는 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
2. 구매
- 광고 제거, 스킨 팩, 둘을 묶은 상품은 한 번만 결제하는 상품이며, 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 가격은 구매 전에 표시되고, 환불은 Apple 정책을 따릅니다.
- 광고 제거를 구매하면 판 사이 광고가 사라집니다. 스킨 팩은 게임의 모습만 바꾸고 능력은 바꾸지 않습니다. 구매한 상품은 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 곳으로 옮길 수 없습니다.
- 상품은 결제하면 바로 적용되므로 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 있고, 가족 공유를 켜면 가족과 함께 쓸 수 있습니다.
3. 광고
Loafguard에는 다른 회사가 제공하는 광고가 나옵니다. 광고는 판 사이에만 나오고 판 도중에는 나오지 않습니다. 식빵을 받거나 판을 이어 하려고 직접 선택해 보는 광고도 있습니다. 광고 내용이나 광고를 눌러 들어간 사이트에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 올바른 이용
앱을 변조하거나 복제해 배포해서는 안 되며, 법이나 App Store 규칙에 어긋나게 이용해서도 안 됩니다.
5. 변경과 중단
기능은 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 판은 인터넷 없이도 플레이할 수 있지만, 광고와 구매는 온라인 서비스를 이용하므로 항상 문제없이 동작한다고 보장하지는 않습니다.
6. 콘텐츠의 권리
게임과 그림, 캐릭터, 소리, 이름의 권리는 운영자 또는 사용을 허락한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 게임을 이용할 권리만 드립니다.
7. 책임의 한계
Loafguard는 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 이 약관에 적지 않은 사항은 보증하지 않으며 간접 손해나 결과적 손해는 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 이용자의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
8. 약관이 바뀔 때
약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지와 시행일을 고쳐 알립니다. 바뀐 뒤에도 Loafguard를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관이 적용됩니다.
