LoafguardPrivacy Policy

Loafguard is a lane defense game for iPhone made by Youngmi Jang (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the Loafguard app and the website loafguard.web.app collect, why they collect it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, email us at one@ashsoft.us.
In short
- You don’t sign up or log in. We don’t ask for your name, email address, phone number or photos.
- Your progress and settings stay on your iPhone.
- Loafguard doesn’t use your advertising identifier (IDFA) and doesn’t ask to track you.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information the app collects

Stored only on your iPhone
The stages you cleared, the cats you unlocked, the cards you picked and your sound, language and skin settings are saved on your iPhone and are not sent to us.
2. Information the website collects
The website has no forms and no analytics. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes your IP address to deliver the pages.
3. How long we keep information
- Usage data and advertising data are kept according to Google’s retention settings for Analytics and AdMob. The copy of usage data that we analyse in BigQuery is deleted after 12 months.
- Purchase records are kept as long as they are needed to verify the purchase.
- Emails you send us are kept only as long as we need them to answer you and fix the problem. Ask and we delete them sooner.
4. Your choices and rights
No tracking. Loafguard doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps and websites, and it doesn’t ask for tracking permission. Ads aren’t personalized.
Ad consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent through Google’s consent message, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings, under Ad Privacy Choices.
Purchases. Remove Ads in the shop turns off the ads between stages. Restore Purchases brings back what you bought.
Removing your data. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your iPhone. Usage data is tied to a random ID for the install, not to your name or account. To ask about data held by the services above, email one@ashsoft.us.
Your legal rights. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, California law or Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Contact us to use these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
5. Children
Loafguard is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. Ads are limited to those rated for general audiences. If you believe a child’s information has been collected, tell us and we will delete it.
6. International transfers
While you use the app, information is sent over the internet to the companies below and processed on their servers, mainly in the United States.

We do not sell personal information, and these companies process it only for the purposes above.
7. Keeping it safe
All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the consoles of the services above is limited to the people who need it.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are posted here at least 7 days before they take effect.

- 회원 가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 사진을 받지 않습니다.
- 진행 기록과 설정은 iPhone에만 저장됩니다.

iPhone 안에만 남는 정보
깬 판, 얻은 고양이, 고른 카드, 소리·언어·스킨 설정은 iPhone에만 저장하며 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다.
2. 웹사이트가 모으는 정보
웹사이트는 정보를 입력받지 않고 분석 도구도 쓰지 않습니다. 다만 호스팅 업체(Google Firebase Hosting)가 페이지를 보여 주는 과정에서 IP 주소를 처리합니다.
3. 보관 기간
- 이용 기록과 광고 정보는 Google의 Analytics·AdMob 보관 설정에 따릅니다. 운영자가 BigQuery에서 분석하는 이용 기록 사본은 12개월 뒤에 지워집니다.
- 구매 기록은 구매 확인에 필요한 동안 보관합니다.
- 보내 주신 메일은 답변하고 문제를 고치는 데 필요한 동안만 보관합니다. 삭제를 요청하시면 더 일찍 지웁니다.
4. 이용자의 선택과 권리
추적하지 않습니다. Loafguard는 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트와 정보를 엮어 추적하지 않고, 추적 허용도 묻지 않습니다. 맞춤 광고는 나오지 않습니다.
유럽경제지역·영국·스위스의 광고 동의. 법이 정한 지역에서는 Google 동의 화면으로 동의를 받으며, 앱 설정의 「광고 개인정보 보호 설정」에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
구매. 상점에서 「광고 제거」를 구매하면 판 사이 광고가 사라집니다. 「구입 항목 복원」을 누르면 구매한 것이 돌아옵니다.
정보 삭제. 앱을 삭제하면 iPhone에 저장된 기록과 설정이 모두 지워집니다. 이용 기록은 이름이나 계정이 아니라 설치마다 만든 무작위 ID에 연결됩니다. 위 서비스에 있는 정보가 궁금하면 one@ashsoft.us로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
법적 권리. 개인정보 보호법, GDPR 등 사는 곳의 법에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 위 이메일로 받습니다. 개인정보 침해 상담은 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)나 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118)에서 받습니다.
5. 어린이
Loafguard는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 모으지 않습니다. 광고는 전체 이용가 광고만 나오도록 제한해 두었습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 알려 주시면 바로 지웁니다.
6. 국외 이전
앱을 이용하는 동안 정보가 인터넷으로 아래 회사의 서버(주로 미국)에 전송되어 처리됩니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 이용을 멈추고 앱을 삭제하시기 바랍니다. 이 경우 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다.

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 위 목적을 위해서만 이 회사들에 개인정보 처리를 맡깁니다.
7. 안전하게 지키기
모든 정보 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 위 서비스의 관리 권한은 꼭 필요한 사람에게만 부여합니다.
8. 방침이 바뀔 때
방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지와 시행일을 고칩니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다.
