Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Collect the bread your Supply Bakers bake, tap a cat card, then tap a square on the rug to place that cat. Hold all five lanes until the last wave. If a cucumber gets through, that lane’s lint roller saves you once. The Field Manual has a How to play page, every cat and enemy, and tips for each stage.
A stage is too hard.
Turn on Guide mode in the Field Manual. It shows cat intros and hints, slows cucumbers a little, and gives you extra bread at the start. The Field Manual’s stage guides also suggest which cats to bring.
How do I remove ads?
Open the Shop from the cart on the map, or from Settings, and buy Remove Ads once. The ads between stages are gone, every stage starts with extra bread, and you can continue a lost stage without watching an ad.
What does Winter Hat Skins change?
Only the look. Winter Hat Skins dresses the cats in knitted hats and scarves. After you buy it, switch between Classic and Winter under Cat skins, in the Cats tab of the Field Manual.
My purchases are missing on a new iPhone.
Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases come back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account, and for family members when Family Sharing is on.
I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone.
Progress is kept on your iPhone only, so a new install starts from stage 1-1. Purchases come back with Restore Purchases.
How do I change the language?
Settings › Language. “Use phone language” follows your iPhone’s language.
Sound plays while my iPhone is on silent.
Sound effects play even in silent mode. You can turn sound effects and music off in Settings. Music stays quiet while another app is playing music.
Can I play without an internet connection?
Yes. Ads and purchases need a connection; the stages don’t.
How do I change my ad consent?
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can change your ad consent at any time in Settings, under Ad Privacy Choices.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I found a bug.

어떻게 하는 게임이에요?
보급냥이 구운 식빵을 모아요. 고양이 카드를 누른 다음 러그의 칸을 누르면 고양이가 배치돼요. 마지막 공격이 끝날 때까지 다섯 줄을 지키면 이겨요. 오이가 방어선을 뚫어도 줄마다 돌돌이가 한 번씩 막아 줘요. 「작전 수첩」에 게임 방법, 고양이와 적 소개, 판별 공략이 있어요.
판이 너무 어려워요.
「작전 수첩」에서 「도움 모드」를 켜 보세요. 고양이 소개와 힌트가 나타나요. 오이가 조금 느려지고, 시작할 때 받는 식빵도 늘어나요. 작전 수첩의 판별 공략에는 어떤 고양이를 데려갈지도 적혀 있어요.
광고를 없애고 싶어요.
지도 화면의 장바구니나 설정에서 「상점」을 열고 「광고 제거」를 한 번 구매하면 돼요. 판 사이 광고가 사라지고, 매 판 식빵을 추가로 받고 시작해요. 진 판도 광고 없이 바로 이어 할 수 있어요.
겨울 털모자 스킨을 구매하면 무엇이 달라지나요?
모습만 바뀌어요. 「겨울 털모자 스킨」을 구매하면 고양이가 털모자를 쓰고 목도리를 둘러요. 구매한 뒤에는 작전 수첩의 고양이 탭에 있는 「고양이 스킨」에서 「기본」과 「겨울」을 바꿀 수 있어요.
기기를 바꿨더니 구매한 것이 안 보여요.
구매할 때 쓴 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 「상점」에서 「구입 항목 복원」을 눌러 주세요. 가족 공유를 켰다면 가족도 구매한 항목을 쓸 수 있어요.
게임을 다시 설치했더니 진행 기록이 사라졌어요.
진행 기록은 iPhone에만 저장돼요. 그래서 다시 설치하면 1-1부터 시작해요. 구매한 것은 「구입 항목 복원」으로 돌아와요.
언어를 바꾸고 싶어요.
설정 › 언어에서 고를 수 있어요. 「휴대폰 언어 따르기」를 고르면 iPhone 언어를 따라요.
무음 모드인데 소리가 나요.
효과음은 무음 모드에서도 재생돼요. 효과음과 배경 음악은 설정에서 끌 수 있어요. 다른 앱에서 음악을 재생 중일 때는 배경 음악이 나오지 않아요.
인터넷 없이도 할 수 있나요?
네. 광고와 구매에만 인터넷이 필요하고, 판은 인터넷 없이도 할 수 있어요.
광고 동의를 바꾸고 싶어요.
유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스에서는 설정의 「광고 개인정보 보호 설정」에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?
결제를 Apple이 처리하기 때문에 환불도 Apple에 요청해 주세요(reportaproblem.apple.com).
